Thinking About Building New Computer With Old Parts

Hey, I'm thinking about building a new computer, but I have a few questions.

The parts I plan to reuse are four hard drives - each less than a year old. I have two of them that are on RAID0 that have my OS on them. I was first wondering if I could use these two in the same configuration they are in now on a different motherboard. My main questions with that are whether I will be able to boot up the same as I do now or if I will have to reinstall WindowsXP Pro. Also, I am wondering if I will have to redo the RAID on a new motherboard or if it will recognize them as being paired after setting up bios to put them on RAID.

Also, I have two nvidia 6800 graphics cards currently on SLI that I want to reuse, so I need a motherboard that will support that. Also, I want the capability of eventually adding a physics card whenever they start becoming more commonly used and cheaper.

I have a somewhat older (probably about two years) sound card that I may or may not reuse, depending on the quality of the integrated sound on the mobo.

I have the cd drives and everything as well, so will not need those.

For my power supply, I have an Antec TruepowerII ATX12V 550W power supply that I would like to reuse if I can, but I doubt it will be powerful enough for a new processor/motherboard and all the stuff I already have.

Basically, I'm looking at trying to set up a dualcore (I like the Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz that I found on Newegg but I'm open to suggestions) setup with an SLI compatible motherboard and whatever else I'll need to get a good computer up and running. Money is not a HUGE issue, but I'd like to keep it probably mid-range priced.

Sorry to make this so complicated,
Thanks for any suggestions.

You will probably will have to do a clean install due to the RAID controller on a new mobo probably won't be the same.
With the introduction of dual GPU video cards and the new 8800 series of nVidea, I don't think the physics cards are going to get popular.
Depending on want you have for a mobo now, not sure what kind of gain you will see in a mobo/CPU change.

The RAID will have to be recreated from scratch unless the new motherboard has an IDENTICAL controller.

The TPII-550 will be fine with a pair of 6800's as long as it's the SLI-certified model.
