I'll second Corsair VS RAM and the P5B vanilla. No need for the Deluxe, see below.
If you're planning on SLI, the only way to do it right is to shell out the big bucks for a motherboard with the 680i chipset. I would stick with one card for your budget, so the P5B is a winner. Also, the 7950GT is a great card, but with DirectX 10 just around the corner, you may want to look into some mid-range cards for now and upgrade later on. The X1950Pro and 7900GS cards are good fits here. Also, Rosewills are not the best power supplies. Take a look at our list for some good brands: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=131195 Welcome to PCM.

Definitely don't recommend that motherboard. The P5B is a great choice.
Agree with what Alaron said, the X1950Pro would be my pick - Radeons are nice I hear. Power Supply: Something 500w from a reputable manufacturer. Memory: Save yourself a few bucks and go with the Corsair ValueSelect memory as suggested above.

Refer to the BYOPC guide and also build using the Out of Case Troubleshooter (stickied in this forum up top) to build your PC out of the case to see if it posts. This is a good practice to do and I do it with each of my builds - except my first.
