If you want to know if it will all work together, then the answer is yes, except for the power supply. Might I suggest the Xclio 450w or the Fortron Source 450w.

What is your budget? There are some better options out there, too.

939 is being wiped out, however it is still a great platform. However if you want something more future proof, a intel build with a Pentium D processor would be a really nice alternative.

I would spend 10 bucks more and get a lot better hard drive, which is faster and has more room:
Seagate 7200.10 250GB

That powersupply is of poor quality. For a lower price you get something much better, such as THIS or THIS.

I would also spend a couple more bucks for an Asus motherboard, Biostar's are not the best. This is a proven winner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131569

The Samsung drive doesn't come with any software, so I suggest a Lite-On instead. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106015

Your computer will be plenty cool with stock cooling.

Whether of not you overclock is up to you but I don't really recommend it personally.
