New Build. Boots to setup, shutsdown after 20 secs

Hey i just finished my first build with all the components in the case. When i go into the BIOS settings everything is recognized. However after about 20 secs of running it just shutsdown on its own. Is this a case of a bad power supply?

There you go.

It could very well be a problem with the power supply. What are your full system specs, including brand and wattage of the PSU?

Could be a problem PSU, the one with the case looks like it's made by Topower/not the best.
Double check the the CPU heatsink is mounted correctly and is fully latched. A loose heatsink can cause the CPU to heat up fast and do a shut down.

Do you have the P5N-E SLI you mean or the P5B-E?

Memory could also be failing. Likely to be the power supply, though.
