New Build - Thermaltake NB cooler question

I am having a whale of a time understanding the proper installation for a Thermaltake NB Cooler, CL-C0034.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835116018

As a result my new build is at a standstill.

BACKGROUND: This is my second new build in three years so I consider myself a newbie and hope someone can help.

I am using a DFI INFINITY NF ULTRAII-M2 motherboard. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136015
I had read that the standard Northbridge cooler that comes with this board was pretty poor so I decided to replace it before even using it. I have also read the Thermaltake instructions 20 times over and tried to find a thread somewhere that shows the proper installation for this cooler and have not found one. My uncertainty rests in this: if I follow the steps in the Thremaltake guide, the cooler seems to be able to swivel around (the part of the cooler that is in contact with the chip set). The cooler DOES have a feature that is supposed to allow you to swivel it after installation but I did not think that meant the whole unit. This swivelling that I am experiencing does not seem correct and I really wish I could see a clear picture of one installed properly or have a short discussion with someone who has installed one. I am using one of the two available installation methods for this cooler. This board requires the "screws from under the board" installation vs the other option for other boards which involves clips on the board.

Thanks for ths pics, Cricket. They really helped. I can proceed with the build now. Who knows what will be next. I hope to reach out to the group again if I run into any other problems.
