PC Boots Up, but no Display.

Hey people

I just fired up my new rig today. I spent months building it, and here are the parts.

Biostar M9 GeForce 6100/NForce 410 Socket 939 Micro-ATX Motherboard.
SafePower 465W Gold Dual-Fan PSU.
AMD Athlon 64-Bit 3200+ ClawHammer Venice Core @ 2.0 Ghz Soc 939
Masscool Soc-939 CPU Heatsink/Fan
NVIDIA GeForce 6100 LE Integrated Video
Integrated Sound (Realtek I think)
Some old ATX case
Optical Drives: 1 48x CD-RW
1 16x DVD-ROM All-In-One with Lightscribe

When I boot it, everything is fine. The PSU and CPU fans are spinning, HD Activity lights on. PC remains relatively cool, except for one crucial thing. I get no display whatsoever. My monitor's VGA cable is securely connected. And it's not the monitor. I tried it with three diffrent monitors, still no display. All cables in PSU, and front panel connectors connected properly.

What's going on?

Sorry for the serious bump of thread, but I got an update.

This rig still fails to boot, still experiencing the same problem. I got a few friends that told me it may be the integrated GPU that is faulty. Any other diagnosis?

Sounds like a possible short from the old case.
Take the motherboard out of the case, only connect the ATX plug and the CPU supply, boot it with one stick or Ram. If it does the same, remove the ram and boot again.
Make sure you lay the motherboard on the original box if you still have it and make sure no metalic objects are touching it.
If that don't work I would RMA it. Biostar are good with customer support.
