Do you mind posting your parts separately link by link? It is hard to tell what every part is, and we still need to check for quality by seeing the brands/models. Thanks.
Welcome to PCMech, by the way. Also give us the maximum amount of money you'd like to spend, please.

If you are willing to pay that much my friend you can get a MUCH more powerful setup. The P4s are just not considered powerful anymore.
I highly suggest looking into a Core 2 Duo setup. Your power supply selection is a very low quality unit just judging by the name - I would look into a high quality unit for your setup. Here is a new list for you to look into: Core 2 Duo E6600 Asus P5B Deluxe 2x1gb Corsair ValueSelect DDR2-667 Seagate 7200.10 Case of your choice ATI X1950Pro 500w+ Antec, Enermax, Seasonic, FSP, OCZ, etc. high quality power supply Retail DVD burner |

Agreed, that doesn't look like a quality PSU. Besides, you don't need anywhere near 700W. Something quality in the range of 450-500W would work fine.
Do you have to buy from Ebay? Can you buy from here? I'm not too familiar with UK stores though... (maybe someone else from there can suggest other stores to use as well) Found that same card, same price (and probably cheaper shipping): http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=GX-134-SP

Yes, that Sapphire card is very good.
Here is a good power supply: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...odid=CA-005-CS (also a 620w version) |

That's subjective, as they are both good chipset manufacturers and it is a matter or preference and which games you play. The cards I recommend looking into are the 7900GS (nVidia) and the X1950Pro (ATI). I recommend the X1950Pro personally - it is an excellent card.
