Help me on components

It's the time after Christmas and I'm going to bulid a PC.

I have a maximum budget of 800$ and planning to buy components from Newegg.com.

What components should I buy- with a processor of Intel Core 2 Duo Conroe- that are compatible?

Is the $800 purely for the computer, or does it include anything like monitor / keyboard / mouse or maybe OS disk.

Something like the following is a good setup:

A case you like
Asus P5B Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300
1GB Corsair DDR2-667
A graphics card (not to hot on GPU's so someone else can advise you on this)
250gb Seagate 7200.10
Any high quality PSU (check this thread: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=131195)
Retail Lite-On DVD-RW
XP Home

SeaSonic, SilverStone, and FSP are quality, affordable PSUs. You can probably squeeze in the Sapphire X1950 Pro as your video card.

What are you going to do with this computer...? Gaming? Basic web surfing only?
