Please Review This C2D Build

I'm building a basic gaming PC for a friend. No overclocking on this one. Here's what I have so far:

ENERMAX PANDORA 185 ECA3070 Black SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 400W
$56

ASUS P5B-E Socket T (LGA 775) Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
-$151

BFG Tech BFGR76256GTOCE GeForce 7600GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail
- $144 ($80 A/R)

Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 Conroe 1.86GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6300 - Retail - $186

CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model VS1GBKIT400 - Retail
- $103

Are there any obvious incompatibilities or replacement recommendations? Thanks...

PC3200 will not work. You will need DDR2667 or DDR2800. If you're planning on keeping it running, you will need a good POWER SUPPLY. SeaSonic, SilverStone, or FSP are good lines to choose from. That video card is dated. For that price range, you can go with a SAPPHIRE X1950Pro. For a hard drive, the Seagate 7200.10 SATA16mb PRT 250GB is tough to beat.

Thanks! I'll upgrade the PSU and switch to this memory:
CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Desktop Memory Model VS1GBKIT667D2 - Retail For the video card, I only need a single output. I chose the BFG because it was only $80 after rebate and had a decent clock speed. My friend also insists on Nvidia for compatibility with his games. Is there a superior single output card in the $100-$125 range?

Although dated, the XFX 6800GT has always been a good performer. The SAPPHIRE X1800GTO gets knocked around, but it offers very good performance (as well) in that price range.
