Boots up to Windows XP load screen?

Hey i just finished buying some new parts and putting them and my old ones together.

Nforce 570-Slit-A MB
Core 2 E6600 CPU
Geforce 7600 GS w/ 512 mb
1 gb DDR2 533 Ram (single stick)
120gb ATA HDD
DvD Burner (Samsung) Cant remeber the speeds
Infinity 400w power supply

Now I installed everything, things looked good, booted up the pc, it went through the regular diagnostic screen, seemed fine, than when the xp logo flashes it just reboots?
Ive tried playing with some of the bios features but no luck, reset the cmos back to normal still nothing.

The hdd is appearing fine as the primary ide 0, and the dvd player is the slave on ide 1
The ram seems to be recognized properly and i tried it in another pc to make sure it works.

Im going to try the out of box setup, but if someone has suggestions/ideas before i do that it would be much appreciated.

Martin
