anything better than VF900 ?

Hi I got the HIS x1950xt - and I was wondering if there's any better cooler than the Zalman VF900 for it under $50 ???

Thermalright HR-03 is the king at the moment. Runner up is the Arctic Cooling Accelero X2.

Make sure you check manuf. websites to confirm compatibility. I doubt it should be a problem.

wow that looks interesting - I think I'm going to RMA the VF900 and get that - the Zalman just doesn't cut it for me

The Zalmans will sometimes not work for ATI X1900+ series cards where the heat overwhelms the cooler. Nvidia cards on the other hand love them.

BUT, make sure that the fan is running on 100%

oh yea - it is - I reapllied it like 3 times - and still the card goes slightly over 100deg. under full load
