Building a laptop

Is it possible to build a laptop?

It is far more expensive to build a laptop than to just buy one.

I would suggest a barebone as well, but there is a 90% chance that you will not be satisfied with the barebone, and increase the budget even further

Adding to a barebone kit can save a fair amount of money, if you need a more powerful laptop. If you only want an entry level system for office work, get a Dell.
