Problems Booting

Heya all,
The problem is in a build that I have in my sig. The problem is this, when i turn the computer on, I do not get a video signal at all. Also, I have a G15 keyboard hooked up and it does not light up as it should. I have double check all the connections. I cleared the bios and I cleaned everything out with compressed air. I am about to take the thing apart and rebuild it. Any ideas on this?

Yeah the thing was working 10 minutes ago. The build is about 3 and a half years old now. I shut it down to run out to the store and this is what i got when i got back. Also, i forgot to mention all the fans are spinning up and so is the hard drive, but the windows chime never goes off through the speakers.

I found the problem, seems a spare 12v line was touching the case, once I moved it, it booted nicely. Upside of pulling everything out i guess. Thanks for the help .
