Power problems?

The PC i'm building keeps turning on and off, intermittently, and I do not get any video. Also, the motherboard does not output any beep codes. Any ideas?

Could you post the model and brand of the Components in the tower including the watts for the PSU?

Is that ram on the compatible list for that motherboard?

I'm a bit leery of that Rosewill power supply.

Is the heatsink properly installed - all 4 pins completely snapped in and locked?

The RAM is compatible with the motherboard, and the heatsink is properly installed. I replaced everything so far except the CPU and I still have the same problem. The monitor just says there is no input.

At this point, you should build the PC out of the case as detailed in the thread glc linked to. It's the only way to test for any grounding to the case, and for any faulty components.

Here is the link to your motherboard at the Intel site. Check to see whether your specific memory is on the 'tested' list, and look at known issues. Note that there is an article under 'support' concerning issues with DDR2-800 memory.

I've already tried building it out of the case but I still have the same problem. The RAM compatible according to the Crucial website and their tech support that I talked to.
