New Build help...something overheating.

I've built my first (and a half) computer. It posted no problem, so I went through the joy of installing windows. Long story short, my RAID setup didn't work out, and I had to reset my bios to restore order. That's when the artifacts came. Lines ran up and down my screen, like my graphics card was overheating, and about a minute or two after windows loads it's GUI to take me through a bunch of setup wizards, my rig cuts out and restarts. Bios says my CPU is holding a steady 32 degrees celcius (not that I suspect that anyway), ram is cool to the touch, and the graphics card is merely warm (course, who can tell with all the plastic they throw over those things these days anyway?)

I figure it's a bum graphics card, but why wait to show it's crappyness until I reset the CMOS? I shouldn't think that had anything to do with it. Of course, what do I know? This is my first homebrewed rig, not counting the one I unwittingly crisped like a boob. Should I RMA the graphics card? Is there a silver bullet BIOS settig I'm overlooking? Could it be something else entirely? Can anyone give a little love to a relatively green do-it-yourselfer?

Included are my specs, should that help anyone help me:

DFI INFINITY NF SLI-M2
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5200
Recertified eVGA GeForce 7800GT
LOGISYS 575W Power Supply
CORSAIR 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM 667

I'd suspect 2 things.

It's a recertified card - I've had mixed luck with those. Logisys power supplies are low quality.
