CPU: Good choice.
Memory: I suggest the ones with C5 latency - cheaper and supposedly more stable Motherboard: Very good choice. Case: Good. Video Card: Good. Card Reader: Good. Power Supply: Not good enough. You need something beefier to run your setup... I suggest something at least 550w from Seasonic or Silverstone. Wait for some other suggestions first. I know some have suggested the Corsair HX520. Sound Card: Do you really need one? There is sound built in to the motherboard. If you get anything, I'd choose a X-Fi series card. DVD Burner: Go with a retail box Lite-On product - they come with software and are known for good drives. Hard Drives: The Raptors are fast drives, so if you really want them you could get them. However, I still recommend the Seagate 7200.10 series since they are nearly as fast and cheaper.

I originally looked at 700W PSU's however I saw people with dual SLI setups and 4HDD"S etc and 550W who said they had enough power.
I've heard that there is a big difference between MB audio and an upgraded audio card. However I did not want to spend too much $$$ I will take a look at the Seagate 7200.10 Thanks |

You dont want the BLK motherboard - that's OEM (BuLK) and does not come with all the accessories you need - get the BOX version.
You can save some cash and get an Asus P5B series P965 based board. |
