Comments Please for Second Build

Hello. Its been six months or so since my first build and am now looking to tackle it again for my wife's computer. Will primarily be used for internet, photo and possibly video storage and editing.

Here is what I am considering so far. I already have the case. Any comments or suggestions as to compatibility or availability of better options is highly appreciated. Price is not so much of an option, but would like to hit the sweet spot as much as possible. Thanks so much.

Motherboard: Asus P5B-E

Is there much difference between the P5B-E and the P5B? Should I choose the P5B?

Looks solid to me. The main difference between the P5B and the P5B-E is the former's lack of Firewire. The P5B-E also has a couple extra SATA connectors.
