Any Issues with this hardware list?

With your help I have completed this low cost build with what appear to be pretty good components. Please check it out and let me know your thoughts.

Okay, looks good, but here are some changes that should be made:

Video Card: Good choice for a placeholder for DX10, I think eVGA is a very good brand.

Hard Drive: For $5 more I'd go for a Seagate 7200.10 250GB SATA drive.

Optical Drive: I'd get an SATA optical drive, retail.

Power Supply: Not the best, go for a Fortron Source 450w power supply or a Xclio 450BL power supply.
