Coming up with parts for a future comp...
I'll try to be brief. I need a new computer, but I don't got the cash right now for that, so I'd probably buy this computer around christmas of 2007. I'd say my budget is around 1500-2500. Need this computer to do practically EVERYTHING; gaming, web surfing, listening to music, watching videos, editing music and videos, office work, etc. Probably gonna be using this build for a looong time. Also, one thing i'm pretty set on getting is a water cooling system and i have my eyes on the stuff from danger den. I need a new screen too (this 17" is just not gonna cut it for this new comp i have to say).
Are there any video cards that support DX10 AND not be so wide??? I don't think i need it to take up so much space if i went and got myself a water cooled system... |

WAY too early to plan for a Xmas 07 build other than to start saving money for it. The scene will be radically different.
