2K PC help please.

A person i know is a bit of a noob when it comes to pc's, anyway he has 2 grand to spend (£2000) and wants a DX 10 capable pc with a monitor, now he does not want to build his own and i was wondering if you guys know any reliable company's that will build it for him, i really have no clue about the best deals when it comes to prebuilds nor do i know any any sites that are reliable so really i need a decent pc for 2k to suggest to him.

If you are after a top end PC, which £2000 will certainly afford you, then I would go with alienware. They do some amazing machines and you can custom select the parts.

They are expensive, but I would hesitate to say overpriced, they use quality components and offer some very impressive setups.

If you want a custom built machine that isn't so expensive but will offer good, reliable performance then you should look into Dell.

DX 10 gaming machine for 2 grand dell wont do ;p, if only he had the brains to build a pc things would be alot easier then this, i looked at www.cyberpowersystem.co.uk the prices are good but somethings make no sense such as there builds in the higher range having PSU's that arent even good enough for a 8800 GTX, problem is i know the GTX requires two external power cables but i have no clue which specific PSU's can handle the GTX well.

The Dimension XPS 710 can be customised to support DX10 and comes in a pretty decent £1400.
