Up grade - New - Leave it be

Hi everyone,
My present specs are listed and are now a tad over two years old. With all the new power available I am considering some changes.

I would like a really quiet unit. I have looked at some OEM machines and they are silent. Dell, HP, Gateway, all seem to be very quiet and some are fairly high end.

I do a fair amount of online sim racing using software that is at least 5 years old. I think I am good graphics wise but may be getting into some photo software soon.

I want speed, good quality graphics, and quiet. I DO NOT want Vista.

On board sound and graphics may do.

Any suggestions for new or stay with what I have?

If what you have still works well, stick with it.
