Exclamation Will my Vid Card work? or should I send it back.

I submitted my order for a new PC on Monday and will be receiving it today. The only thing that I'm worried about is that my video card may not be compatible with the mobo. The original vid card I wanted was out of stock, so I decided to upgrade to the next level. Now I'm having doubts creeping in that it might not work, so I wanted to check here before I opened anything up. Here's my mobo and vid card. Thanks for any help you can give.

Those are both PCI-E x16, so will work together just fine. As along as they're the same slot type, almost always parts will work.

No, you're good to go.
That's not to say that you won't have any problems but that won't be it.
If you want more reassurance read a few of the buyer reviews, the ones using Geforce cards.

From your motherboard link :

Just can't beat it

Pros: Love this board and judging by a review on Anandtech’s site, this is one of the best P965 boards for OC’n. ..... Nvidia 7600GS (budget dictates) .....

The only thing I would be concerned about is your power supply choice.

Make sure your psu is of good quality and from a reputable co like Antec, Xclio, Enlight,Forton Thermaltake etc... Here is a list of psu to buy and stay away from.

That Corsair is in fact a great PSU. The only reason it isn't on that list is because the Corsair branded PSUs are still relatively new and we haven't seen long term results yet. What we've seen of them so far is very promising though, and they have gotten quite popular here.
