OK, I'll criticize your PSU. I wouldn't trust $1400 is equipment to a company that makes iffy quality power supplies.
Here's one that's gotten a lot of attention here:

I wouldn't wait too long to get that extra stick of RAM. Running two identical sticks of RAM together allows for Dual Channel mode which should give you a performance boost.

I would stay away from Raidmax for sure. I built a machine with one for someone and it was DOA new in the box. The RMA replacement was sparking and took out motherboard. Go with Sparkle, FSP or xCLIO

RJTech, I edited your post to remove oversized and colorful fonts, they're not the easiest things to read!

You should buy your two sticks of ram at the same time if you can. They sell them paired because they come from the batch and thus are more likely to be identical. Buying single sticks a month apart, even if they are supposedly the same, adds a chance that they will not work that well together. At least that is how I understand it.

You also mention music as one of the uses so I would suggest a little larger HD. The 320-400 GB range seems to be the sweet spot right now for GB per dollar spent and music downloads and storage takes up a lot of space.
