Final connections, 1st build
Ok, I just finished assembling my comp (p5B e-plus, antec 900, corsair 520w sli, glaxy 7900gs, xms2) and i have a couple of quick q's if u would be so kind....
1.From my top chassis I/O panel, i have a audio lead, plugged in fine, but should i do something with the wires off of it (plug to mobo?)? eg mic etc 2.This case comes with 4 fans, they have indivdual speeds, and power plugs. I have a power cable for 2 fans and connected the upper front and rear fans. To run the other fans (2supplied, room for 2) would i need to purchase additional power leads? thats all i can think 4 now TY |

1) what do you mean? You did or didn't already hook up the wires from the IO panel?
2)If the fan's power leads have two plugs on them, you can "daisy chain" them together: attach one to the PSU and attach the second one to the first. Fans are so low-load that the PSU will be fine. *EDIT* The plug for the fan may have two ends on one plug (So it acts like a pass-through). This works for daisy chaining as well.
