i am undecided on the case?? what do you guys think of my hardware choices??

Either case is fine, since you chose a good power supply.
If you are planning on SLI, go with a board that uses the 680i chipset. It is the only chipset that does Intel and SLI right. The Asus P5N32-E is the one to look at. Do you plan on overclocking? If not, no need for the CPU cooler or the DDR2-800. You can use DDR2-667. Switch to a retail LiteOn, it will come with software.

I like the raidmax case, for no particular reason, just a preference of taste.
I agree on going retail with the optical drive but I'd say get the DDR2 800 ram over the 667 whether you are overclocking or not (if you budget allows of course) |

Why? If you don't overclock, the fastest DDR2-800 is going to run is 667.

Have you ever used the ergonomic keyboard? Personally I did not find is so 'ergonomic'. Maybe I'm so used to a straight keyboard (going way back to some device called a typewriter) that my hand position felt uncomfortable.

Not really a big fan of Apevia cases, low quality, but up to you.
Your wasting cash by spending on two low end cards when one card worth the same price will run laps around them.
