1. You want name brand DDR2-800 ram.
2. That PSU is not ATX 2.0 spec.
3. You don't need cables, the motherboard comes with them.
4. You don't need AS5, the stock heatsink comes with thermal material.
5. You don't need a sound card till you decide if the onboard sound is good enough.
6. You need a retail DVD burner to get software, OEM drives generally do not come with it and you can't download it.

Here's a cheaper, higher quality motherboard. SLI support is really only necessary for those building a very high end gaming system. It makes little sense on a budget, or as an upgrade option.

Here is a quality ATX2 spec power supply

Have you considered an Intel Core 2 Duo build? Take a look at some of the comparative benchmarks between Intel and AMD at the moment.

Suggest you go for the eVGA version of that card:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130073

NEC burners are fine - but you need a retail version to get software. Would suggest a retail lite-on drive.

GLC has already mentioned that you don't need the cables or the thermal paste.

That's silly. Save money on the cables; the motherboard WILL come with cables. Paste can be useful, if you have to mess around with replacing a processor; initially you MUST use the supplied past in accordance with the warrenty.
