What temps are ok?

Hey gang, i was just curious on what temperatures (in C please) are normal for the CPU, system and GPUi to normally run at? I think mine are currently ok (cpu-42, system-27, and gpui-52) but i would just like an idea of when i should be concerned. Thanks a ton!

It depends on what CPU you're running, and what GPU. I believe that most cpu's are safe up to around 60C, and GPUs up to 120C. Some chips run hotter than others though, so it would help to know what you have.

Your temps are fine.

I don't go by temps, I rely on the performance of the computer to tell me if something is wrong. If the system starts to become unstable or freezes a lot I know something is up. That's when I check the temps and take corrective action.

For the video card you'll either get freezing or video glitches (weird colors or weird performance) if the temps are going too high.
