C2D MiniAtx Speed machine

Have been flicking through the site looking for advice on a top quality miniAtx board to use with a C2d processor for a small silent build. Any advice on where to start looking.

Currently debating whether to go with an ASUS P5B build as advised here in an Antec P150 case or try for something altogether smaller and different. i know i will miss some flexibility but anyhting really good?

thanks

INTEL has a good one. 946GZIS. Very stable and reliable little board. Somewhat restrictive (though) on BIOS options; and it only has two RAM slots. You would probably be happier with the P5B.

How would the Asus P5B-VM rate compared to the 946GZIS?

I'd take the P5B-VM. The G965 chipset is a lot more advanced than the 946GZ.
