Angry Fire New Build Problem

I Have a Asrock K8upgradNf3 with a amd Sempron 2600 on stick of ddr 512 333, on wd 160 eide and ati 9550 sphire and a belkin wireless pci card and i will randomly freez and when you try to reboot it it wont boot up or beep but if i unplug the atx power supplys and the memory also the jump cmos and let it sit for a few minutes then plug it all in it boot fine and loads windows the frezzes again whenever it feels lik eit please help me

What brand power supply are you using?

Do you have another compatible power supply you can swap in to test with?
