Wont Turn On?

I have everything installed in the case. Everything looks good but for some reason it wont power up? The motherboard lights turn on and the screen on it says CC. But the powersupply doesnt spin, the CPU fan doesnt spin, the cd drive doesnt open. Any ideas what im doing wrong, it has to be something stupid.
