Developer Box - New Build

I am in the process of spec'ing out a new box to be used mostly for development, but also games from time to time. I plan on running two monitors. Additionally, I am planning on setting up the OS/Software on the a 10k drive, and the data on two 500 gb SATA drives in a Raid 1 configuration. I have never built a box from scratch, but am looking forward to the challenge. Anyway, based upon various blogs and reviewing this site, I came up with this setup:

Case: Antec Performance One P180B Black
Mobo: Intel BOXD975XBX2KR LGA 775 Intel 975X ATX
Video: EVGA 256-P2-N550 -T2 GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3
Memory: CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
PSU: Antec True Power Trio TP3-650 ATX12V 650W Power Supply with Three 12V Rails
OS Drive: Western Digital Raptor WD1500ADFD 150GB 10,000 RPM 16MB
Data Drives: Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 (Perpendicular Recording) ST3500630AS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb X 2 (Raid 1 via Mobo)
Optical: SAMSUNG Black 18X DVD

Forgot One Little Thing...
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz 4M shared L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor

Is there anything that I missed or misconfigured? Any thoughts on this setup? Any advice on monitors (thinking two ~ 20 inch should be more than sufficient)?

Thanks in advance for any feedback given.

Welcome to PCMech. That is a solid list. I'd swap the Samsung for LiteOn, the Retail versions come with Nero for burning.

If you haven't already chosen a CPU, go with the E6600 if you can afford it, otherwise the E6300.

For monitors, Samsung and Viewsonic are solid choices.

Replaced the Samsung for this LineOn: LITE-ON Black 20X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 8X DVD+R

Updated Original Spec with E6600 CPU Specs - missed it in my wish list!

Looks good. The best way to review an LCD is to head down to a big box store like BestBuy or CompUSA and check out display models. But that Samsung looks like a winner.
