Pissed help i got an error!

Yesterday, when I turned on my cpu, it booted to a black screen saying my was corrupt or missing. I tryed doing last good configuration, but same error message and I also tryed repairing it with my windows xp disk..... same thing and I don't want to wipe my current hard drive..... any way for me to save my hard drive and repair my current problem?

n/m i fixed that problem, now i got another one, it says "NTLDR is missing," is missing any help?

I'd be a little concerned about a harddrive losing files....Just to be safe, download diagnostics from the harddrive manufacturer's website and run them. (Usually they're on a bootable CD or floppy)
