1st budget build - comment/suggestions?

A friend of mine asked me put a computer together for him. The problem is this though, He wanted me to do it for around $700 - and that is with everything included, monitor and all. So here is what I put together. My biggest concern is the PSU. Think its enough? He wants to do basically do everyday stuff, email, internet, Office stuff, but he mainly wants to be able to play C&C 3 (Although ultra high settings are not needed.)

Anyways thanks for any input.

I'm not sure about the Sparkle PSU unless it's the same thing as Sparklepower which'll mean it's of good quality but I think it's a bit low on the Watts. 400W should be a minimum I think if your friend wants to be able to play a brand new game. The rest of the components you'll have to wait for the experts to reply.

I'd opt for a beefier PSU as well...Sparkle is good, but the minimum for the video card is 350W. Future video card upgrades would be limited by the power supply.

Not sure if I'd go for an Intel on VIA chipset.

Here's a couple of other budget boards, but I can't necessarily vouch for them as I haven't used them...

I would also look at Corsair memory, but I don't know how it compares price-wise. Looks like you are already pushing the budget though...
