No signal to monitor.

This is my first home built computer.

The problem is when I turn it on I get all the lights and fans but still do not get any signal to the monitor. Misco replaced the motherboard but the new one doesn't make a diferance. I have tried a different video card which doesn't work either. The monitor works on another computer. Em... help please!

Cheers,
Harry.

Hi and welcome to pcmech.. First off we need full specs of your system, name of mb, video card ram etc... I would also recommend you try the out of the case build first to narrow what piece of hardware might not be working correctly..

Check that you have the 4-pin mobo plug plugged into it's socket on the top left of your mobo.
