Final spec advice and cooling

Any case suggestions (needs to be practical and look nice in a media business setting, ie something cool but not over the top)?

Also what cooling would this need?

Can't really comment about the quad core, the mobo or the GPU because I am not really knowledgeable about these, but for the case and the PSU, I can.

First of all, like I said, I don't know how much power your GPU takes, but I assume that a 500W reliable PSU would be good, here are 2 choices:
