Go with a SATA optical drive instead. Here is my recommendation:

Everything else looks fine to me.

Enermax is a good power supply brand, but if you're watching your budget this 500 watt FSP PSU would be a good choice. You could even go with this 450 watt FSP PSU for what you plan to build...unless you're going to replace your video card with something more powerful in the future.

If you plan to upgrade your video card soon, I say go with a 7600GT or so. In the lower hundreds, still great performance for the price, and it's someplace to go up from. 7900s are a bit pricey for temp card.

And if you can squeeze it into your budget, I'd go with a hard drive with a 16MB cache.

I wouldn't get that Hiper power supply - history of consistent failures on those particular units suggests to me that the quality just isn't there. I had one that went south, and I don't have too much faith in its replacement! For a similar price, this Corsair is a MUCH higher quality unit. It's power is plenty suitable for a future video card upgrade.

Despite your budget, i'd seriously look at getting 2GB of RAM. Prices are pretty much at rock bottom at the moment:

Just FYI, there has been a bad batch of Enermax Liberty's with many reports of failure a few months ago. Not sure if they have cleaned it up yet, but I would still be wary.
