Go with a SATA optical drive instead. Here is my recommendation:

If you plan to upgrade your video card soon, I say go with a 7600GT or so. In the lower hundreds, still great performance for the price, and it's someplace to go up from. 7900s are a bit pricey for temp card.
And if you can squeeze it into your budget, I'd go with a hard drive with a 16MB cache. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136062

I wouldn't get that Hiper power supply - history of consistent failures on those particular units suggests to me that the quality just isn't there. I had one that went south, and I don't have too much faith in its replacement! For a similar price, this Corsair is a MUCH higher quality unit. It's power is plenty suitable for a future video card upgrade.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139001 Despite your budget, i'd seriously look at getting 2GB of RAM. Prices are pretty much at rock bottom at the moment: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145098

Just FYI, there has been a bad batch of Enermax Liberty's with many reports of failure a few months ago. Not sure if they have cleaned it up yet, but I would still be wary.
