Question New build E6320, help please

Hi,
Please help me with this parts list for a first build.
I will use the computer for video/audio editing, photoshop, picture storage, fast ripping in Itunes, desktop publishing, sketchup, large database, excel, internet, word, excel and some moderate gaming. I may try a modest overclock, but I’m not sure. I want the computer to be highly upgradeable. I’ll re-use my keyboard, monitor, mouse, speakers. I chose parts based on popularity on this list and in Newegg. I’m a little over budget and was hoping to cut about $100 without losing much quality.
Thanks for your help!

COOLER MASTER Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UW Black Aluminum Bezel, SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - Retail $49.99
Is this a good case? It seems popular, but will it work with my components?

ASUS P5B-E LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail $146.99
Is there a cheaper subsititute of similar quality?

EVGA 256-P2-N615-TX GeForce 7600GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail $109.99
Is there a cheaper subsititute of similar quality?

CORSAIR CMPSU-520HX ATX12V v2.2 and EPS12V 2.91 520W Power Supply - Retail $129.99
I saw a post that this was a good PSU. Will it have enough power for two hard drives? Is their something cheaper of similar quality?

Intel Core 2 Duo E6320 Conroe 1.86GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6320 - Retail $168.00
If I went with an E4300 to save $50, how much slower would it be? What about the E4400 to save $30. Is the E6420 for $20 more worth the money?

CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 675 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model TWIN2X2048-5400c4 - Retail $89.99
Is this good RAM for the money? Could I go cheaper? How much performance would I lose with 1GB? If I get 1GB, should I get two 512ks or 1GB and add a stick later for upgrade?

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3500630AS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive - OEM $129.99
Is there a cheaper, quality option?

LITE-ON 20X DVD±R DVD Burner with LightScribe Black SATA Model LH-20A1L-06 - Retail $46.99
Is there a cheaper, quality option?

Total: $871.93 - $30 rebates= $841.93

To save a few bucks, check out the Gigabyte 965P-DS3 ver. 1.3 on sale at the Egg for $99. That will lop off $50 right away.

Then, there is the Antec 500 PS on weekend sale right now, which will lopp off another $60.

That would easily make your $100 savings.

What you have looks good. You could go with the 250gb version of that hard drive; save some money and still have plenty of storage space. Add another later.
