bios disaster cant boot?

i recently bought a computer but in my haste to learn more, I've been making changes here and there recently i changed & disabled some features in the bios(advanced set up) now the computer won't boot up
please anyone with ideas how to overcome this help me
all i can remember is adjusting ddr cacheable something from 2.5t to 3t and disabling the game port and the onboard sound and now i open the computer it try's restarting but then it freezes and nothing comes on the screen?

Pull out the manual and find out where the CMOS jumper is.
Follow the instructions for resetting the bios to factory defaults.
