Best place to attach grounding strap

Hey guys, I'm about to do my first build, and was wondering where the best place to attach the wrist strap too was, the case somewhere?

Thanks!

the case, or anything big and metal. More specifically, anything that's grounded.

Another good place is the screws on your outlet. They are well grounded.

Depending on whether you trust whoever wired your house...I've seen some scary stuff inside the outlets in mine (but it's kind of old).

Anything metal on the case would work just fine even though it's not grounded........any static charge is distributed evenly over the metal so the concentration (And thus voltage) at any one point is minimal.

That would only work if your psu is plugged into the outlet. During parts assemby you're best to follow kwbbpc's advice - any metal part of the case.
