Core 2 Quad
Anyone know anything about them? I just installed one. I was originally getting CPU Over Voltage Error! messages but I turned the indicator to ignore in my BIOS. I think its running at about 63* Celcius and I think thats too high anyone know what I can do? more grease? I didn't add any I just left the patch of grease that comes stock on the heatsink.

63 is a bit warm for a Core 2 chip, they run pretty cool. You may have an incorrectly installed heatsink, they are particularly tricky to attach. Check out our guide here: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=176924
And as a side note, more grease is a bad thing because it prevents the heat transfer. The retail pad that you used is fine.
