Welcome to PCMech. I have a few suggestions for your build.

We recommend passing on SLI. You can get plenty of power out of one card, especially that 8800gtx you picked out. Stick with a solid motherboard like the Asus P5B.

The DDR2-1066 RAM is overkill unless you're overclocking. DDR2-667 is just fine.

That Apevia PSU is total junk. The Corsair 620w is a great fit: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139002

That LG drive doesn't come with software. Take a look at a SATA Retail LiteOn drive instead.

We recommend Seagate 7200.10 320GB hard drives for good quality and long warranty.
