If you go with AM2 socket boards you will need to go with DDR2 memory. Go with the Corsair brand, DDR2 800 and at least 1GB of memory.

Here is a good one:

If you want to go with a cheaper one here is one... but it has a older chipset:

Stick with the stock heatsink and fan... it works great and will allow you to keep the warranty on the CPU.

And I don't recommend Ultra PSUs.

Go with this for your current setup:

If you plan on upgrading the video card in the long run go with this one:

I would stay away from Rosewills too...

FSP power supplies are one of the best out there. I recommend them 100%. But you can always try any one of the other brands on the good list here: What Power Supply should I get? How many Watts? Who made it? Guide Inside

And the case you picked out is a very good choice for the price. I have used that case with many of the mid-range systems I have put together for customers.

That is a good PSU... but overkill for your system. You can get another PSU for less and use the money you save to invest in other parts.

But... its you system so it your choice... go with whatever make you happy.

The motherboard is fine.

The Corsair memory you picked out is good too.
