Power Supply Troubleshooting?

I could use some troubleshooting advice. My computer "shut off" last night and wouldn't turn back on. I thought something might have come loose since it was moved recently, but everything's hooked up okay. When I press the power button, nothing happens. The computer seems to be getting some kind of power because a USB 2.0 power light on the motherboard lights up when I give it power.

Here's what we're dealing with:

ASUS A8N-SLI Premium motherboard
AMD 64 X2 4400+ CPU
4 GB RAM
2 WD Hard Drives (80GB & 250GB)
1 Seagate Hard Drive (400GB)
XGX 6600GT Video Card
Enermax 565W (I believe) Whisper II PSU
Lian Li 880 case.

Does this sound like a PSU issue? How should I troubleshoot this problem?

Thanks for all the help.

It could be the power supply but it could also be the motherboard or something as simple as a bad power switch. Do the out-of-case troubleshooting steps from the link minsonngo provided and let us know what happens.
