No Video, but system powers up

I just finished my build and when I turn it on, my monitor remains blank, but the fans and the power led on the mobo are on. Here's the system:

Asus p5n-e sli
Intel P4 3.0Ghz 630 (taken from a Dell, if that makes a difference)
2x512 Corsair Value Select 667Mhz
OCZ 520W power stream psu
The video card came with the dell, it's an ATI 256MB (I think 128mb is shared)

The IDE led light on the case remains on (constantly, not blinking), but the power led on the case isn't coming on. Also, when on, the cpu doesn't seem to be creating heat (I checked this my touching the base of the heatsink)

I plugged the cpu, mem, psu video card to my old dell mobo and everything works.

Here's my troubleshooting so far:
1) reset the cpu, heatsink, mem, power connectors (24 pin and 4 pin connectors) and video card on the mobo about 100 times!
2) used only one mem stick
3) rebuilt system outside of case
4) Test system with mem from dell (Nanya(?) 400mhz)

Any ideas? Thanks.

I've taken a closer look and notice that some of the pins for the cpu on the motherboard were bent pretty badly. I'm fairly certain that I didn't bend them. Can I RMA it with Asus or will flat out deny me?

Where did you get the new parts from? That's who you contact for an exchange if the motherboard is damaged.

I got it from directcanada.com. I'll see if they will replace it. Thanks.
