Welcome to PCMech. I have a few suggestions.
That Thermaltake is a tad weak on the 12V rails. These are important for PCI-E rigs, especially for the 8800 cards. Check out this Corsair: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139001 PSUs are never an area to save money on. You'll need DDR2-800 with the AM2 Athlons. Corsair XMS is still a solid brand. I'd bump up the hard drive to a Seagate 7200.10 drive. Go with SATA opticals instead of IDE. I'd suggest getting a DVD burner instead, so you can burn/read both CDs and DVDs. Go with a Retail LiteOn version that comes with software. The CPU you picked out will come with a heatsink and fan. No need for another one.

The drive you selected is an IDE and not a SATA. Here's aSATA that's close to the same size: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148140

Go with the XMS 5-5-5 kit.
