P5 Budget System

Can I get some recommendations for a P5 System with no externals like no monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, scanner. None of that.

Budget around $400.00 [trying to keep it close if possible but still let me know if higher.]

The pc will handle videos/graphics as well as process music files i.e. for websites and cds and other tasks.

Thanks
Dave

Can you elaborate on what a P5 system is?

When you say graphics...does this include gaming? Or do you mean just digital photos?

$400 is really stretching it. Do you need the operating system? Windows Xp/Vista will take up 1/4 of the budget.
