The parts are in! building tomorrow!
Yep! you heard the title right, I got my parts in. It took a while to get the payment through but now I have all I need to build my rig. (cept the case, which is coming tomorrow)
The final specs of my build are as follows: Asus 95b mobo evga 8800 GTS graphics card 2 GB valueselect ram Antec 650W truepower trio PSU e6600 2.4 GHz Processor liteon 20x optical drive seagate 320 GB Hard drive linksys wireless network adaptor (matches the router) windows XP SP2 32 bit (yea, I know. only one with a vista upgrade cupon) also I know the power supply is overkill for this system. however it was on sale ($80 for a good quality PSU, figured why not?) and it could be handy if I want to do sli (new Mobo, that I know too) I have pics, but they are going to be a bit. this PC don't have a SD reader, but I know one that does. expect pics soon. |

I imagine you're anxious to get started. Don't worry, it'll be a piece of cake.
On my first build, I ended staying up all night, too exicited. I had one minor problem, that I thought was major. I posted a message here at 3 AM. Got an answer in 4 minutes from a PC-Mecher in Germany. It's been up and running ever since. |
