Question Which motherboard to get?

I need some advice on what MB I should get for my new system. Here are the options I'm considering, narrowed down based on price and overclocking capabilities. I'm looking to build a system that can output great video to my hdtv, has clear hd audio, and is good for occassional gaming.

BIOSTAR TForce TF7025-M2 Socket AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 7025 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

BIOSTAR TFORCE 550 Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce 550 MCP ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138026

BIOSTAR TForce 6100 AM2 Socket AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6100 Micro ATX RoHs compliant AMD Motherboard - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138027

(There isn't any particular reason why I've chosen only BIOSTAR motherboards -- they just so happen to be the ones that fit my budget and have been reviewed well on newegg)

I plan to combine this with:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+ Brisbane 1.9GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 Processor

EVGA 256-P2-N615-TX GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130062 $80

Since your HDTV is the deciding factor why don't you tell us the brand and model and post the TV's specs.
That way we'll have more of handle on what advice to give you .

Check out Asus M2N series, quality boards, although those biostars aint bad either. I've heard good things about the Tforce6100. I would personally pick a asus board over it anywho.

If your TV has HDMI, you can take advantage of it by buying a HDMI -> DVI adapter or cable, same video signal.

I would get the T550 instead of one of the micro-atx boards.
With it's extra SATA connectors you can turn that set-up into a PVR as well, if you want to later on, and have a full-fledged media center.
