Angry Fire Just built my first PC - NO POWER AT ALL.

Hi people! I just built my first PC. I am working with a P4M800-M7A motherboard made for Intel Celeron processor. I plugged in everything, but it does not want to start up at all! I suspect it has something to do with the small jumper connections on the JPANEL1, but I don't know how to fix it, or jumpers on the motherboard itself. Both the CD-ROM drive and the HARD DRIVE jumpers are set to CS. This is too strange and I am starting to get paranoid about whether or not my motherboard is broken. LOL. I need your help!

Thanks!

Having problems with a new build? Try this. You must remove the motherboard from the case when doing this. Let us know what happens.
