Will this run okay?

Hi, I'm helping my dad set up a entry-level workstation. I've put together some components, and am just asking to see if this setup will work (no mobo/hardware conflicts, etc). He already has a hard-drive and dvd drive, so here is what I have so far. Any suggestions are welcome!

For a entry level system that will be fine... I would however switch out the ram for Corsair, value select Kingston as been iffy lately..

You will want to make sure that the optical drive / hard drive are BOTH *SATA* for best compatability on that motherboard. Other than that, it looks good!

I would personally get a Asus P5K and be set for future upgrades.
